Please can you make sure you return to merchant when using paypal checkout as the orders will not be successful if you do not and i will have to contact you via email or telephone to find out what you ordered

Delivery Policy

Goods purchased will be delivered by Royal Mail second class post or UKMail courier service.

Goods will be despatched within 3 working days of recieving your order and cleared payment

Any goods lost in transit will be covered by us unless courier service is used which a proof of delivery is required if the item looks damaged please make sure you sign for the item(s) damaged on delivery as we can claim back for this and a new item can be re-delivered  

This must be notified within 24 hrs of delivery of goods being recieved

What does "LIFE" really mean?

LIFEmeans we will replace any product that is "faulty" for the lifetime it is produced - and for 3 years after it has been discontinued. This guarantee covers any fault with the materials or workmanship of the assembled product. (This does not extend to normal wear and tear or accidental damage or misuse.)

Under this Xcut guarantee, any product found to be faulty (in accordance with the above description of 'fault') will be replaced with an identical or similar (replacement) item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

An item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect, with
accompanying original receipt proof of purchase. If you have a Xcut product you think is faulty please contact the store you purchased the item from for a replacement. Please retain your packaging and receipt as proof of purchase.

If you are not happy with your goods you may return them to us within 7 days of receiving them but they must be in perfect condition or you will not be refunded.  

If goods are damaged please return them with the original packaging.  

We strongly suggest that you ask for proof of posting as we cannot accept goods that are returned after the 7 day period and will not provide a refund unless proof of posting shows that you tried to return them in the time stated.  

Costs for returning items is paid by the buyer and is not refundable unless goods are damaged or faulty.

Please allow 10 days for goods to arrive with us before recieving a refund. If we are unable to refund you we will contact you immediately with the reason why.. ....
